Normally we ship worldwide with FedEx from Hong Kong.
Within Hong Kong we send by SF Express.
Please be aware that if you purchase something online it may be subject to customs and duties when it is coming into your country.
We can not be responsible for delays caused by shipping or customs.
We ship within 72 hrs except weekend and holidays.
We ship to the billing address which we get with your shop order.
Please note that we are not able to ship to PO boxes or APO.
You will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped.
Exchanges or Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
You can exchange or return the product within three days after receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The bracelet must not be sized.
All shipping charges will not be refunded (yours and ours) and we have to deduct a 10% cancellation fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your order has not been shipped yet we can cancel it for a full refund.

If you cancel "after" we have marked it shipped, then we have to deduct 10% cancellation fee and all the shipping costs.
